Fondazione Gi Group was founded with the goal of developing, strengthening and promoting a culture of work in which we emphasize the personal and social value of work.
At Fondazione Gi Group we investigate and develop the meaning of Sustainable Work and practical ways of making it a reality.
The Fondazione also represents, for both internal and external stakeholders, a vehicle to facilitate the dissemination the principles, values and actions inspired by our Sustainable Work Manifesto.
Fondazione Gi Group wants to become a leading voice on the issue of Sustainable Work. We aim to work with all stakeholders to identify solutions which actively contribute to the progress of the countries where we operate, from a constructive perspective and based on Sustainable Work values and models.
Fondazione Gi Group works to investigate, implement and disseminate the concept of Sustainable Work via the completion of initiatives and projects which are both concrete and replicable.

Fondazione Gi Group was founded with the goal of developing, strengthening and promoting a culture of work in which we emphasize the personal and social value of work.
In adopting the concept of sustainable development as defined in the WCED’s Brundtland Report, Gi Group Holding and Fondazione Gi Group began reflecting on the idea of Sustainable Work and on the challenges that must be faced to contribute to sustainable development.
The Fondazione Gi Group e Gi Group Holding demonstrate their commitment to defining a concrete, measurable and replicable model for Sustainable Work through the creation and distribution of a Manifesto.
On September 21st the Fondazione received the Italian fiscal classification of Ente del Terzo Settore (non-profit NGO).
In alignment with the Group’s sustainability drive, a review of the Fondazione’s underlying purpose was undertaken, to define a more operational role than it had in the past.
