To The UN Sustainable
Development Goals

According to the Sodalitas Observatory on Corporate Social Sustainability (2022) report, SDGs with a high social impact, and more generally, Social Sustainability will become increasingly important for stakeholders. Companies are being urged to take a leading role in promoting actions to address various aspects of the current social environment.

Our Group is fully aware of the relevance of the social challenge that awaits us in the future. Therefore, it expresses a genuine commitment. Our focus towards social sustainability arises from the nature of our business and its significant impact on people’s lives. 

For us, this involves a double commitment: both internal (to our employees and collaborators) and external (to our clients and the communities to which we belong) and is realised through tangible actions and the promotion of a culture of sustainability and responsible behaviour.

Aligned with our mission, business activities, and their social impact, we are committed to contributing, through our services and initiatives, to the achievement of these SDGs:

Goal 1

No Poverty

Our efforts to address SDG 1 aim to contribute to this goal through the following activities:

  • Promoting greater social inclusion for individuals in disadvantaged groups to help them access suitable working solutions to improve their quality of life.
  • Offering training solutions through affordable programs using funded training.

Goal 4

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.

Our response to SDG 4 aims to contribute to this goal through the following activities:

  • Providing services available to the community and the market, particularly by offering personnel training and development pathways and funded training through our Learning & Development Practice.
  • Prioritising continuous education as a cornerstone of our strategy for internal employees, demonstrated by increasing investment in training and skill-sharing initiatives.
  • Offering free training through sector-specific funding to our candidates, workers, and those who rely on the Group’s companies to find or rediscover their career paths.
  • Launching our Destination Work international volunteer project and setting up local initiatives to boost employability in the communities where we operate.
  • Providing orientation activities that help students and young people develop skills that facilitate employment.
  • Through our business undertakings and CSR initiatives, we specifically aim to contribute to target 4.4: “By 2030, substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship.”

Goal 5

Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.

Our response to SDG 5 aims to contribute to this goal through the following specific activities:

  • Creating equal opportunities for men and women in economic life by expanding employment possibilities for women, including typically male-dominated work environments, facilitated by targeted training projects.
  • Ensuring an approach free from gender bias during all phases of the employment relationship, for both internal employees and the candidates and workers we engage with.
  • Supporting and training unemployed mothers to aid their reintegration into the world of work.
  • Through our business activities and our CSR initiatives, we aim to contribute to achieving the following targets:
  • Eliminate all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere.
  • Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life.

Goal 10

Reduce inequality within and among countries.

Our response to SDG 10 aims to achieve this goal by:

  • Developing a culture of inclusion and implementing discrimination-free approaches during all phases of the employment relationship for both internal employees and the candidates and workers we encounter.
  • Creating an effective training program and establishing policies based on objective, meritocratic criteria to facilitate access to the workforce and support career development for all candidates and workers.
  • Through our business activities and CSR initiatives, we are committed to contributing to the following target:
  • By 2030, work to empower and promote the social, economic, and political inclusion of all individuals, irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion, or any other status.

Goal 17

Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.

Our activities in response to SDG 17 aim to achieve this goal by:

  • Joining supra-national associations that focus on continuous improvements in the labour market and participating in work sessions with leading companies in the sector.
  • Initiating projects designed to achieve their objectives through both local and international partners, including client companies, institutions, schools, and collaborations involving other countries.
  • Acting in a spirit of alliance and partnership and with shared responsibility to enhance the effectiveness of our initiatives.
  • With our business activities and CSR initiatives, we aim to meet the following targets:
  • Enhance international support for implementing effective and targeted capacity building in developing countries to support national plans for all sustainable development goals, including North-South, South-South, and triangular cooperation.
  • Encourage and promote effective public, public-private, and civil society partnerships, building on the experience and resourcing strategies for Partnership Data, complete with monitoring and accountability mechanisms
