About you

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and achieving assigned division P&L, along with driving growth and creating new business opportunities for our organization in the Search & Selection –Manufacturing business including Automotive, Engineering, Chemical, Power in India market. Exposure in effective delivery management, team management, driving & growing the assigned business is mandatory. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue streams.

Your role

Achieving assigned P&L targets through Mining and new business development
• Prospect for new corporate clients through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Identify decision-makers, understand their pain points, and present our solutions.
• Manage existing accounts, strengthen relationships to enhance business opportunities by regular connects and meetings.
• Develop an annual sales plan for existing & future customers and ensure excellent client relationships.

P&L Achievement
• Achieve the assigned targets for the division.
• Forecasting revenues and variance analysis.
• Sustaining and growing business market share, achieve ROI and deliver profitable results.
• Manage and control outstanding.
• Manage timely invoicing and collections.

Delivery Management and Growth
• Manage and track the timely delivery on assigned mandates per team member.
• Ensure and maintain delivery TAT.
• Manage client queries/escalations for smooth delivery process.
• Maintain database for effective sourcing on niche profiles.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and proposed solutions for improvement.

People Management and Growth
• Ensure the ROI of each team member is achieved / overachieved.
• Develop a high performing team capable of meeting customer requirements.
• Train, Groom & Support team members to manage delivery and clients effectively.

Solution Customization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor service offerings to meet the unique needs and requirements of corporate clients.
• Present customized solutions that align with clients’ objectives and deliver tangible business value.

Market and Competitor Analysis
• Conduct thorough market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Stay up to date with market knowledge, industry developments, and new techniques to enhance performance and contribute to team success.
• Utilize market insights to refine delivery / sales strategies and position our offerings effectively.

What you will need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Experience: Min 10 years in S&S – Manufacturing Vertical

• Proven track record of success in delivery management and P&L achievement, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive recruitment environment.
• Exposure in managing large teams.
• Adept at reviewing KPIs
