Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona que quiera formar parte de nuestro Young Talent Campus, nuestro programa de becas corporativo. Además Gi Group Holding te proporcionará una formación e-learning para complementar tus conocimientos.

Tu misión será dar apoyo al área de administración de nuestros departamentos centrales, desarrollando las siguientes funciones en las que te formaremos:

– Apoyo en la coordinación a nivel operacional de los clientes más importantes de todas las líneas de negocio del Grupo.
– Uso de plataformas de gestión documental
– Coordinación con los compañeros de las oficinas de Trabajo Temporal para contribuir a la interlocución con el cliente.
– Participación en auditorías.

– Grado universitario en ADE, Finanzas y Contabilidad, FP II en Administración y gestión o similares.
– Orientación al cliente y al trabajo en equipo, con habilidades de comunicación (verbal y escrita).
– Persona metódica, resolutiva y ordenada, con capacidad de trabajo, aprendizaje y esfuerzo.
– Manejo de paquete office (Excel)
– Nivel de ingles valorable

About you

In this role, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by sharing your knowledge, becoming our subject matter expert and supporting your team in successfully implementing a professional business model. You will be in charge of guaranteeing a successful start-up of professional practices in new countries and you will also get the opportunity to monitor and improve recently established start-ups.

Your role

As a Global Business Model Implementation Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
• Working in partnership with the Learning and Development department to deliver training on business models, key processes and tools for our start-ups
• Promoting the mission and values of our business
• Supporting local teams in implementing our business model in order to achieve the expected results
• Building relationships with the country’s management team
• Sharing your know-how and best practices with colleagues to optimise the service we provide for our candidates and clients
• Engaging and sharing experiences with our professional community

What you will need

• 3-5 years’ experience within the recruitment business
• Knowledge of professional business models and market best practices
• Previous experience in managing both start-up and consolidated projects
• Fluency in English
• University degree or equivalent
