We are looking for dynamic, experienced, and growth-oriented staffing industry professionals with strong competence in driving operation management, client relationships, payroll, and account management. This is a Lead role with the responsibility of Branch Operations.
Achievement of gross margin targets
• Achieve the assigned gross margin targets through service delivery excellence for assigned clients.
• Managing and meeting the budgeted goals of the assigned clients.
Effective Service Delivery
• Ensure effective management of onboarding to exit associate lifecycle with minimum escalations/gaps.
• Supporting the assigned team to effectively managing day-to-day operations/payroll queries.
• Effective key client management and ensuring minimum gaps.
• Present customized solutions that align with the client’s objectives and deliver tangible business value.
• Ensures that the solutions sold to clients are executed by the team efficiently and methodically.
• Ensures efficiency and efficacy of the service processes for the assigned clients.
• Manage and control client escalations.
Key Account Management and Farming
• Manage relationships with key decision makers and influencers with the mid-large accounts in the Branch.
• Identify the decision-makers, understand their pain points, and present our solutions to gain/increase share of wallet.
Solution Customization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor service offerings to meet the unique needs and requirements of clients.
• Present customized solutions that align with the client’s objectives and deliver tangible business value
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management / Marketing, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Experience: 4-8 Years

• Proven track record of successful Staffing operations management role, with demonstrated ability to manage clients effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
