JUNIOR GLOBAL TENDER – Italy Based

The Junior Global Tender will be placed in the Global Tender Office, based in Milan in the Corporate HQ. You will actively support the Department by analysing and coordinating the administrative, technical and commercial aspects of the Tendering and Contract processes at global level. You will report to the Global Tender Office Director.

As Junior Global Tender, your main activities will include:
• Analysis of the tender conditions, in order to fully understand the tender requirements and the client’s needs
• Delivery and monitoring of the bid management in order to guarantee the execution of the Gi Group Holding global tender process in the deadlines provided and following the customer framework
• Support the Group countries in the cost and price calculation
• Keeping all tender process paperwork up to date (data entry)
• Creation and update of the Tenders’ library
• Once the offer is sent to the client, he/she acts as a point of contact for the customer (together with the sales director in charge of the account) to provide further information and explanations

• Master Degree (Economics, Statistics, Law, Engineering etc)
• A previous work experience in similar role will be considered as a plus
• Fluent English
• MS Office proficiency, with particular focus on Excel
• Analytical and data driven approach
• Good communication skills and capability to relate with different functions within the Group (international environment)
