Global IT PM – Categoria Protetta (Italy Based)

As an IT Project Manager you will be be part of the Global IT Team, in the Global HQ of Gi Group Holding. You will manage IT projects to implement new IT solutions or evolve existing ones to support the Group strategy, ensuring the IT project execution respecting time, quality and budget and following Global IT Guidelines.

As a Global IT PM, your key responsibilities will include:

• Formalize project scope, estimate time, capacity, costs and manage the overall project planning phase
• Manage all project implementation phases, from requirements definition to handover to IT Delivery
• Coordinate all project stakeholders, assuring proper involvement and clear communication
• Ensure all IT project documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, contracts etc.
• Assure project implementation in line with defined timeline, requirements and budget.
• Manage regular alignment to all project governance bodies as defined in the project governance.
• Assure proper involvement and highest collaboration with all project relevant IT departments in line with Global IT Strategy and guidelines.

• 2-3 years of experience in the role, preferably at multinational companies.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in computer engineering or quivalent
• Fluency in English
• Good communication skills and capability to liaise with different stakeholders within the Group (international environment)
• Project management (PMI, Waterfall & Agile experience)
