QIBIT COMMUNITY MANAGER – PORTUGAL & BRAZIL

In this role, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by developing community initiatives – both online and offline – managing social media platforms and facilitating meaningful interactions between the QiBit brand and its audience (Information Technology profiles).

The person will responsible both for Portugal and Brazil initiatives.

He/She will be in charge of building, growing and managing a community of users, customers or followers around QiBit brand, products and services, nurturing relationships with key community members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Qibit community engagement (Portugal and Brazil)
• Qibit contents management: content strategy definition, new contents (free or paid) acquisition.
• Mentorship program management (internal / external)
• Editorial plan definition and implementation, in collaboration with local marketing departments
• Event organization
• Analytics and impact measurement and assessment

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably at multinational companies.
• Nice to have Experience in Staffing Agency/Recruiting Agency or in IT industry
• Communication skills
• Social media expertise
• Passion for building and supporting communities
• Knowledge of IT market
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
