About you

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and creating new business opportunities for our organization.  You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue streams.

Your role

Key Responsibility and Related Activities

·       Achieve the assigned Sales targets through New Business Development and New Client Acquisition

·       Prospect for new corporate clients through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

·       Identify decision-makers, understand their pain points, and present our solutions.

Sales Process and Negotiation

·       Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

·       Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Sales Pipeline Management and Reporting

·       Manage and track the sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.

Solution Customization

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor service offerings to meet the unique needs and requirements of corporate clients.

·       Present customized solutions that align with clients’ objectives and deliver tangible business value.

Market and Competitor Analysis

·       Conduct thorough market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

·       Stay up to date with market knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques to enhance performance and contribute to team success.

·       Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and position our offerings effectively.

What you will need

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management / Marketing, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

Experience: 7 -8 years

Role Competencies & Skills

·       Proven track record of success in corporate sales or a related role, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation abilities.

·       Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

·       Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

·       Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
