IT APPLICATION SUPPORT INTERN – Italy Based

In this role, being part of the Global IT Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by delivering best in class IT first level application support to the Group company businesses.

As IT Application Support Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Support in monitorassigned tickets and assure full alignment with defined resolutions SLAs.
• Collaborate in assuring proper quality on resolved Tickets with proper user satisfaction level.
• Facilitate proper communication flow within and outside IT.
• Provide functional support to users.
• Support the Team in ensuring the development, implementation, and updating of all IT policies and procedures based on the Group policies.

• IT academic background & strong interest.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to learn how an application works, the process implemented and the main security features.
• Good soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
